Medical Library

Medical books are an expensive affair for a student. Around 64 books are referred on average by a student during the journey to become a doctor to master all 19 subjects. Further, global license exams add to these costs in case you have decided to pursue residency in USA. The newly started medical schools may not provide access to these books for all the students. The students in a medical school have suddenly realized that the preparation for license exam would start from the first day of their MBBS course due to the changed system by NMC. Accordingly, access to the multiple books would be needed throughout the journey. Further, access to expensive international medical journals and research articles are not available at the colleges in India. 

A fixed time slots are available for NEET UG students and students preparing for medical license exam to utilize the library. The Studium library provides access to you right up to 11 in the night. We are trying to increase the timing for the benefit of the student, if needed.

The books are to be utilized within the Studium premises and cannot be borrowed to take it back unless you have donated books to the library. We promote the culture of donation for the library so that it can be utilized by the next year students. We also have a centralized library storing additional books which may not be available in the Studium library. You may request your required book and we will be happy to check to serve you further.

AC Study Centre, a dream ambience!

Due to lack of infrastructure within hostel, the students do not have an access to silent zone to study. This becomes a major problem during the exam period when the disturbance leads to distraction and ultimately every minute counts in highly competitive exams. An air conditioned environment with complete silence is a dream for a student to focus and study. A 4 hour study session in such an environment would be equivalent to 8 hours of distracted study in a hostel!

A small group study helps you to network with friends from the same college. It also inspires the juniors to join the seniors and create success groups. We do understand that not every student is serious in a medical school. However, there needs to be a different environment for those who aspire higher!

A fixed time table to occupy the reading room is available for NEET UG students and students preparing for medical license exam. 

Digital Classroom

A modern education infrastructure needs a digital classroom. The latest high resolution projector connected with the high speed internet is available in this classroom. Live classes are conducted for various exam preparations throughout the day for various batches. The global renowned faculty is already on-board with MOKSH for conducting these classes.

Apart from the Live Classes which are accessible via our MOKSH Academy mobile App, the classroom would be utilized for Guest lectures as well as special doubt clearance sessions. Throughout the day, different classes would be running on live basis guaranteeing access to a uniform quality of education in a remote location in India where Studium is present.

The students get access to the study material within the library and the live class with interaction possibility with a doctor available within the premises. The time table for the classes for various batches are available at the Studium. 

MBBS Career Counselling

Once you have appeared for the entrance exam NEET UG, your next goal is to get the admission into the medical course based on your score, rank, category etc. The system of medical seat allocation in India is highly complex. Half of the seats are reserved based on category, sub-category and sometimes even location. Again the system changes based on the state of domicile! Most of the students, specially appearing for the first time do not a clear understanding of the seat allocation and counselling system followed in India. It is seen that students having NEET score of 300 also wait till the last minute in the hope that they will get a medical seat in India!

Progress tracking by a doctor

The opportunity to enter into PG medical seat is highly competitive in India. With the new rule of NEXT exam being mandatory even for getting the license, every medico is bound to prepare for this exam right from the first year of medicine. Further, around 10% of the students opt for the global medical license exam such as USMLE, PLAB, DHA etc. 

Every student enters the test prep mode at a different academic level. However, all of them have the same goal. You need a system for progress tracking on individual basis instead of large group of students being taught at the same time. The doctor at the Studium would be constantly tracking your progress subject by subject, in case you are participating sufficiently on the MOKSH Academy test platform.

Test & Discussion centre

Once you have given tests on the MOKSH Academy platform, the results are analysed deeply by our Doctor at the Studium. The suggestion is given by various centres to our central academic team as well as academic mentors appointed for various study groups. The discussions on tests are conducted every week by the top medical specialists from across the country and streamed from our central studio.
